Omkareshwar is a vey holy place in India for babas. The mantra 'om om om' is repeated by everyone. You will never hear 'one pen or one rupee' So it is a very refreshing place. Omkareshwar is noted for an island that is at the confluence of two rivers. You can cross the bridge over to the island. There are more baba's there. There are limited facilities and accommodation for foreign tourists, it is all for pilgrims which is also okay for you to stay.
